For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's IP address, but not the e-mail address.

We collect e-mail address of those who purchase from us and from those who opt-in to our e-mail list. The information we collect is used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.

If you supply us with your telephone number we will only contact you if we have questions regarding an order you have placed on-line.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

We offer a !00% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any unused merchandise to Vio-Tech Safety Solutions within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.  Products kept for over 90 days without a return request are considered final.  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Vio-Tech., however, Vio-Tech will cover the cost for shipping to replace any items that were shipped incorrectly.  If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.  To process a return, please email us at info@vio-tech.com.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!

UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES:

PLEASE NOTE:

• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped outside the continental US, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
• Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped by any method other than GROUND.
• Pepper Sprays, or any type of weapon, including stun devices, knives and batons, cannot be shipped outside the United States (including its territories.)
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
• Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, or the city of Philadelphia
• Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusettes, or Wisconsin

All United States orders are shipped the same day or within 24 business hours via UPS Ground.* UPS Ground shipping is $6.50 and will be automatically calculated into your total upon check out for orders under $50.00. UPS Ground shipping is FREE if your order is $50.00 or more (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If you are a customer whose order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, actual shipping costs will be emailed to you for you to accept or decline.

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.
